		<description><![CDATA[Reported Problems: After playing a game the sound stopped working and it didn&#8217;t come back after rebooting.
Successful Remote Connection: Yes
Findings: Sound driver appeared normal but no audio coming from speakers.
Resolution: Had user check basic connections. Deleted sound card driver and rebooted computer. Sound was re-installed and started working again.
