Purchased software still not licensed

Reported Problems: Customer purchased a utility program online but it is still asking him to register and buy the software

Findings: The software was installed and working, but not registered.

Resolution: Opened the customers email and searched for email from the software manufacturer. Found the registration code in the email and copied it to the clipboard. Opened the software and registered the software for the customer. Ran the software to make sure it was fully activated. Problem fixed
