At AliensFixedMyComputer.com we try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. We don’t believe in charging you if we can’t help you, and we won’t start the meter as soon as we make contact either.

What we will do is establish what your problems are, and then tell you if we think we can help you. If we can’t help you online, we may be able to suggest your next steps.

If we can help you, and a support session is started either by connecting to your computer,  verbally on the phone or in a chat, our billing policy is simple..

We charge $1.00 USD per minute. There is no minimum charge, so if it takes five minutes, the bill will be for $5.00.

With AliensFixedMyComputer, you don’t have to worry about racking up fees with a long service call. We have a maximum fee for any service of $90.00 USD.

And don’t forget, if it turns out we can’t fix the problem – no matter how much time we’ve spent – there is no charge. That’s $0.00 dollars.

All billing is done through the Paypal online billing service. You will receive an invoice after the service is completed and you will be able to use you Paypal account or a credit card to pay for the invoice at Paypal.com.

Other billing arrangements can be made for companies and qualified individuals, speak to your support agent if you would like to apply.
