To help you be prepared for fighting computer problems, the Aliens have generated these helpful hints and downloads.
Follow these steps and you will be better prepared to get help when the time comes…
1. Bookmark this website so you can find it easily when there’s trouble!
- Be ready, we can’t help you if you can’t contact us!
- Internet Explorer: Press Alt+Z together and then click “Add to Favorites” at the top
- Firefox: Press CTRL+D together and then choose a location and click the “Done” button
- Chrome: Press CTRL+D together and then choose a location and click the “Close” button
- Opera: Press CTRL+D together and then choose a location and click the “OK” button
- Safari: Press CTRL+D together and then choose a location and click the “Add” button
2. Download an alternate browser and install it on your computer
- Sometimes a computer attack will leave your default browser unable to access the internet
- Download and install Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Safari and you will still have a way to browse online when this type of attack happens
